Clients often need to assess the feasibility of a project prior to committing significant resources. A feasibility study might weigh the advantages of renovating an existing building versus constructing a new one, or confirm the suitability of a building to house a particular set of functions. A feasibility study can provide and define pre-construction services such as design cost, building incentives, geotechnical services, phase 1 & 2 environmentals, permit and zoning procedures.
