Project Experience
Our projects are nationwide and expanding rapidly. While our Corporate Office is in Indianapolis, Indiana we have regional offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Austin, Texas.
Office
| The WDG team has built more than 15 office projects totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. These buildings are located in office parks, campus settings and downtown areas. Projects have included both multi-tenant buildings as well as build-to-suit buildings. |

The WDG team has the knowledge and expertise to successfully complete office projects in both congested areas and in buildings that need to remain functional during construction.

Hotel/Hospitality
By working with major organizations, such as Hyatt Place Hotels, WDG Construction Group, Inc., has become one of the industry leaders in the area of hospitality. In 2007 alone, WDG completed 18 hotel renovations nationwide. In 2008, we continue to have the same success having been awarded three hotel renovations to be completed by the end of January.

Multi-Use Buildings
With the growing trend to revitalize the downtown area of cities, buildings must be versatile and economical to renovate and use. Warehouses, factories and retail establishments are being converted to multi-use structures housing offices, restaurants, retail spaces and residences.

Retail
The WDG team has completed over 30 retail projects including strip centers, power centers, indoor malls and big box stand alone centers. Projects include Wal-Mart, Lowes, Traders Point, Walgreens, Steinmart, JC Penny, Marsh, Staples and Target.

Industrial/Manufacturing
Our experience with ‘Big Box’ projects includes over 20 projects. The WDG team has built warehouses, distribution centers, motorpools, industrial facilities and manufacturing plants. Clients include, but are not limited to, Fed Ex, Caterpillar, State of Indiana, Penn Products, Bindley Western, USF Holland and Universal.

Our medical and lab experience includes medical office buildings, surgery centers, pathological laboratories and drug research laboratories. Our clients have included Mid America Clinical Laboratories, Ameripath, Eli Lilly and Company and Indiana University.
