The FedEx Ground Facility is a 102,967 square foot distribution center in Austin, Texas. Of that square footage, 5,400 will be occupied by office space. This FedEx Ground Facility is a pre-engineered metal building with tilt up concrete walls. Work is scheduled to begin March 1, 2008 and is to be completed later this year.
